We can take care of most technical problems remotely via normal technical support and our applied version of the Safety Dance. But there are times when remote support will not resolve an issue. We simply have to come to your office to remove the discarded snake skin from within your computer (a disturbingly true story).
To minimize the impact of our work on your business, we often coordinate on-site visits for the afternoon of casual Friday.
We offer blocks of on-site time as part of our standard service agreements. We find that this product helps resolve some of our most mysterious support issues, track down missing laptops now being used as door stops and allows us time to provide other pro-active services such as repairing hardware, systems inventory or testing your homemade flux capacitor.
On-Site Support is a great supplementary product to our tech support and monitoring- especially for clients with a significant amount of hardware. Besides the inspiration you will receive from observing our popping and locking first hand, we’ve found being on-site from time to time can help us avoid many problems. And if you don’t use all of your support hours this month, you can always roll some of them over for help with setting up the presentation gear at next month’s teambuilding activity- Dancing The Thriller.
